IT’S YOUR PARTY, DIE IF YOU WANT TO By Vickie Fee

It was a pleasure to read this book, mainly because the protagonists did not do anything silly to put themselves in danger. They worked with the sheriff even when they disagreed with him. I found a normal life depicted of the main character with mysterious happenings. Liv McKay, a party planner and her best friend Di who has close ties with the sheriff. Vic is planning three events an engagement party, a major fund-raiser based around Halloween. There are several parts to this party several that are scarier than the murder. The book opens with a retreat of a woman’s group. There is a special guest a TV star who hosts a paranormal show. On the retreat, the group finds a body of one of their members. I highly recommend this book. Disclosure: I received a free copy from Kensington Books through NetGalley for an honest review. I would like to thank them for this opportunity to read and review the book. The opinions expressed are my own.
