If we were having coffee/tea, I would tell you come in out of the weather. While we are havi g periods of rain and wind, it nothing to what the Pacific Coast is experiencing this week. It takes about a day for the storm to pass through the area. The weathervis never as bad as it is on the coast. I remembered the Columbus Day storm very well. I find it hard to believe it was fifty years ago. We had one night of freezing weather and now the area trees are changing fast. It is a sea of yellow with patches of orange and red around. It has been awhile since I featured birds. Here are a few of our pictures. I started with pictues of elk taken near Yellowstone Park.
If were having coffee/tea, I would would tell you I got a shock this weel when I went to my favorite new outlet to check on the storms hitting the Pacific coast. I was surprised and still upset to see the latest highlights on the political scene. It brought remembrance for me of all the sexual harassment that I have suffered over all my years and keep quiet as no one wanted to hear or talk a out them. 😫😫😫
