Nora accepts a catering job for the Cruz museum. It is to be a masquerade. The Director Violet Crenshaw as Nora to look into the disappearance of her niece. At the affair Nick appears and with the help of another cat leads Nora to a murder victim. Disregarding, the advice of her FBI boyfriend and her former love police officer Nora with Buck’s continues to search for Violet’s niece.
Nick is an intelligent and inventive cat. Nora adopted him when he appeared at her doorstep. She learned he was own by a PI Nick who has disappeared. The detective, Nick was looking for the missing woman at the time of his disappearance. I am looking forward to reading more about Nick and Nora in the dangerous understanding more of Nick’s former owner.
