COFFEE/TEA SHARE – APRIL 29, 2017

THINK POSITIVE! HUGS!

Hi, come inside where it is warm out. The temperature is below freezing but it will earn up later. The weather is still unusual for this time of the year. Rain, wind one moment and an the next. It is green every where and more flowers are showing color. Drink wise I have coffee, various kinds of tea and got chocolate. I am just pulling out a coffee cake from the oven.

Here is the early blooming star magnolia who’s were damaged by the weather. Below is another tree that is slow to leaf out this year. It was planted as a memorial for a resident who passed away before we moved here. It will be ten years next week.

Next month will be a busy time as I have a number of doctor appointments and each trip is hard on my body. I would like to take a drive out in the desert as I suspect the wildflower bloom might be great.

Amazon finally got my photos were U can find them. They are miss up greatly. Now they have both by years (wrong years) and by subject. I hope to share some more pictures.  Here are a few bird pictures.

This picture was taken at a raptor demonstration here at the complex. I have forgotten the name of the hawk.

I like the title Never Murder a Birder!! Great bird shots as usual, Betty Louise! Best of luck with the doctors..

The picture of the red tree in bloom is beautiful and a nice tribute. Your bird pictures are outstanding–frameworthy! Sorry about the upcoming doctor’s appointments. I know they will be hard on you–the waiting, the stress, etc. I hope they will be beneficial. A trip to the desert to see wildflowers would be lovely and a lot more fun than a doctor’s visit!
